Job Summary
Glamour Shots, with over 50 locations nationwide, is accepting applications for Manager-in-Training. Expectations would include: accomplish objectives by managing staff; plan and evaluate employees; achieve results and meet goals.
Essential Job Dusties and Responsibilites
▪Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work ▪environment; develop personal growth opportunities.
▪Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; plan, schedule and appraise job results; coach, counsel, and discipline employees; develop, coordinate, and enforce, policies, procedures, and goal expectations.
▪Accomplish financial objectives by following instructions and requirements. Should have a strong background in sales.
▪Maintain quality customer service standards.
▪Maintain professional knowledge by attending yearly seminars.
▪Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Performance Management, Coaching, Supervision, Results Driven, Handles Pressure, Giving Feedback; Must be knowledgeable in Word and Excel.
