Job Summary

Provide a complete makeover and hair styling service to our customers’ that meets their desired look. Provide customers with a complete understanding of our products and how our products can bring out their best in portraits.

Essential Job Dusties and Responsibilites

▪Completes a makeover and hair styling with in the designated time frame while creating the look the customer wants in portraits.
▪Communicates effectively with the customer concerning satisfaction of the make-up and hairstyling.
▪Has a member of management complete a 1-5 Check after makeover and hairstyle is complete.
▪Assists the customer is selecting four outfits and coordinates background and poses.
▪Maintains current awareness of all Glamour Shots® specials as advertised in print and other media.
▪Informs customer of products that will help bring out their best in their portraits.
▪Cleans and sanitizes work area and follows other clean up procedures.
▪Informs management when inventory is running low and needs reworded.
▪Uses store scripts.
▪Books appointments on telephone and at storefront for future sessions.
▪Maintains the cleanliness of the store by daily cleaning and removal of trash.
▪Any other duty assigned by the manager, area manager or franchisee of the store.
