CONTEST RULES

Official Rules: The following are the official rules of the 2010 Summer Kid's Portrait Contest. Entrants and/or their parents/legal guardians should read the Official Rules and complete the Entry Form as required. Entrants should not rely on any representation or instructions that are inconsistent with the Official Rules.

To Enter: Completed and signed Official Entry and Consent and Release form must be sent to Glamour Shots Licensing the day of the session. Parent or legal guardian must complete and sign each entry for each pose to be entered into the contest. Pose must be from a session at a Glamour Shots store between June 1, 2010 and August 31, 2010. Pose must be submitted in one of four age categories: 0-1 years, 2-4 years, 5-8 years, and 9-12 years. Age of entrant for determining appropriate age category will be their age as of 8/31/2010. All entrants are entered into the national online contest. All entries will be posted for viewing and voting on www.glamourshots.com Privacy policy can be viewed at www.glamourshots.com.

National Judging: Online Image Posting, Viewing and Voting: All valid contest images will be available for viewing on www.glamourshots.com starting no more that 10 working days after session date until 9/10/10. Images will be posted only after the GSL has received the completed and signed Official Entry form and the before shot of the entrant. Online Voting on contest images will occur between 9/10/10 and 9/24/10. Contest images will be identified by first name, Glamour Shots store name, city, state and contest age category. GSL is not responsible for delays in entering photos online. Online voting requires a valid email address and no more than one vote per contest category from each valid email address will be accepted. GSL Inc will have sole discretion in determining eligibility of voters. Email addresses obtained during the contest may be used by GSL and its affiliates for promotional purposes. Voting is based on appearance only. GSL reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any contest image, without reimbursement or refund of any session fee or portrait purchase, deemed unsuitable for the contest at their sole discretion. GSL is not responsible for any temporary or extended inability to access the website for any purpose, including voting.
National Winner: National online contest age category winners and grand prize winner will be determined by the quantitative results of the online voting combined with the input from a qualified panel of judges. The decision of the judges is final and contestants will not receive any statistical information regarding the contest. Online contest winners will be announced on or around 10/15/2010 on www.glamourshots.com. Only four winners will be notified, one of which is the Grand Prize Winner. For national and grand prize winners send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Glamour Shots Licensing, Attn: Advertising, 1300 Metropolitan Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73110. Available after 10/15/2010.

Eligibility: Open only to entrants ages 12 years and younger as of 8/31/2010, who are legal residents of the U.S. Employees of Glamour Shots and family members of employees of Glamour Shots are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. Any taxes on prizes are parent/legal guardian sole responsibility. The decision of the judges is final. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

Miscellaneous: To the fullest extent allowed by law of the state in which the winners reside, the winners parent/legal guardians grant Glamour Shots Licensing the right to use their childs name, voice, photograph and likeness in advertising and promotion of Glamour Shots without additional payment, notice, consent or authorization. The prize is nontransferable and no substitutions will be permitted.

Winners List: National online contest winners will be announced on www.glamourshots.com on or around 10/15/10.

Interpretation: GSL Inc may interpret these rules at its sole discretion and any interpretations by GSL Inc are final.
